Online, the pictures look awesome (for a comfort suites) however even though the lobby and halls are updated the rooms ARE NOT. The bed was awful (lumpy which I think is worse then hard) and it was obvious that although the hotel is non-smoking 100% now, it was not always that way. After a horrific day at the Dallas/Ft. Worth airport, I found that the staff was exceptional. I was made to feel very welcome and able to face another day in sad airport in a good mood and frame of mind. Please insure that this is communicated to the staff. more

We had an early morning flight so we selected a hotel at the airport and anticipated some airport noise (the planes stop around midnight and start again about 5:00 AM), but the pillows were awful...lumpy, small and they had an unpleasant smell. Stayed their on a AA distessed traveller rate of $45 a night. Was only there 9 hrs. Hotel was nice. AC turns on and off every 3 mintues. Very annoying. Shuttle service was horrendous, unproffesional etc. They subcontract to 5 star coaches. They have no real time table even though they say they do. Take a taxi and save yourself... more

We were attending a conference at the nearby Gaylord Texan and decided to stay off site to save money. I was very pleased with our stay. Nice firm mattress. Clean room. Two TV's fridge and microwave. Full breakfast (included in the rate) was very good. We paid 59.00 per night and I think it was an excellent value. more
