Nice hotel BUT don't permit them to keep you trapped here away from the town - once stuck we were told they have a "relationship" with one taxi in Aranjuez (6km away) and if he is not available then you will be stuck at the hotel and unable to get to Aranjuez (this is the same for when you want... more

We tried to spend a night in this hotel, but after trying 3 rooms we thought it would be better to go to other place. In the first room that we got the bed was full of hairs, and bathroom was increidible dirty, the white walls were black and pink (because of the water), the shower was black and pink... more

Opened in May 2005 this hotel is understandably suffering a few teething problems. The standard of accommodation is very high. The staff are working hard to make visitors feel comfortable. When we visited the Spa/Golf course where not yet available. (due Oct 2005). A reasonable size swimming pool is already open. The hotel is some miles outside of Aranjuez next... more
