First of all Salou... Great location especially if you have a young kid like we did. It's pretty flat and all the roads have dropped kerbs for easy crossing. we booked this hotel on a late deal and arrived at 12.30pm only to be told we had to wait for our room despite check in being advertised at 12. we were allocated our room which was very basic and filled with 1970,s furniture and overlooked an alleyway which stank of drains.the food the food in the restaurant is buffet... more

We are currently staying at this hotel,it is very very bad!!!!! The rep is not very helpfull either when you complain or ask anything.
