I recently stayed at Stein's for my birthday. The experience was perfect from beginning to end. All the staff from the front desk to the bell staff and valet were very accommodating and willing to help. Our stay here was OK. It is overpriced although the setting is pretty, the lodge and the restaurant are really nice.
