I stayed here in early April for an overnight. I booked the room directly through the Red Roof website for $58. My room was ice cold and the bed had not been made. When I called the front desk, I was told they had been having problems with their boiler and there was basically no heat. There also wasn't any... more

I stayed at this hotel the last weekend in March. The room was so cold we had to wear socks to bed and could actually see our breath. Getting in/out of the shower was rough, as you froze the second you turned off the water. This hotel does NOT let you control the heat. We called the front desk SEVERAL... more

Stayed here with a friend. After reading the other reviews many are dead on. Our room was like a Sauna and the floor too hot to walk on I guess this is better than being cold. There is no way to control the heat on your own. Our room was not what I would say as clean. Popcorn kernals on... more

what a pleasent suprise, after reading the reviews i was sceptical but upon arrival i was greeted by the most friendliest staff at the front desk. Rooms were beautiful and beds were comfortable and reasonably priced. The hotel is way above the standard of a economy brand. Most certainly comprable to comfort inn or other simmilar brands in comfort and... more

To be honest I didn't expect much after seeing the reviews here on TripAdvisor, but I was very pleasantly surprised! I don't know what the deal is with some of these reviewers! I have surmised that perhaps some of them are super rich New Englanders who expect the Ritz Carlton everywhere they go. :) Seriously, though, the rooms where very... more

After reading the reviews, I was prepared for the worst – but was very pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean, the staff were helpful, we had all the hot water we needed, and no drunk teenagers disturbed us during the night. On the negative side, the walls are thin and you could sometimes hear other guests. The parking situation is... more

This RedRoof Inn is located on Killington's Access Road. I am amazed this is a part of a "franchise". As this place is a total dive. We figured out why the rate is cheap - it's because they need to entice business! They keep a $79 vacancy sign up, which is very very cheap to stay on the access rd.... more

August 13, 2007 I was shocked when I finally got everything up to my room on the second floor and found the motel does not have any air conditioning. The manager said it would be cool because "This is Vermont and it goes down into the 40's at night". I replied that I live in upstate NY and when it... more

We arrived last night for a 3 night stay. Unfortunately the US Freestyle Skiing Championship is happening while we are here so this was the only place we could find with vacancy. The property has maybe 12 parking spaces for approximately 100 rooms. After finding somewhere to park, we hiked to our room. The king bed is two twin beds... more
