This semed to be an older property. There were a few steps leading up to the lobby.....luggage wheels won't be much help to you there. Our room on the top floor was clean, updated and more than adequate. No problems with our room itself, but the walls separating us from other rooms were thin. Always clean and staff is always helpful, plenty of parking which is a must in charlottesville, hotels near hospital tend to run out of parking. We have stayed here 3 times while my daughter has had surgery, it has been quiet, very clean, comfy beds, and very nice staff. more
