What a great hotel. My sisters and I had a wonderful time at Casa San Francisco. The staff was helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were comfortable, we had A/C when needed, the room was clean and the furnishings were done in quiet good taste. The cuisine from the restaurant was excellent; we ate breakfast there... more

Casa San Francisco is a beautiful oasis in the beautiful city of Granada. The owner is a very friendly, hospitable and worldly woman who makes you feels at home instantly, and is a wealth of information about the area. The staff is friendly, the decor charming, and the hotel is secure and safe, I would recommend it without hesitation. more

I had such a wonderful experience at Casa San Fransisco. We felt so safe and taken care of while we were there, that we started refering to it as our home away from home. The staff and owners are some of the nicest people we met during our twenty two days in Nicaragua. We stayed there for our first four... more

My sisters and I really lucked out with our decision to stay at Casa San Francisco. Our e-mails were answered promptly, they arranged transportation from Managua for us, and made us feel welcome and cared for. The food in the restaurant is superb. Casa San Francisco has a friendly, loving atmosphere. The staff is conscientious and knowlegeable. Thanks to them,... more

This is our fourth visit to Casa San Francisco. We first discovered this charming hotel 2 years ago and it has become our favourite hotel. We have an 8 year old son and he loves it too. When travelling with a child one does not always get to enjoy such romantic surroundings! There is something to appeal to each of... more

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Casa San Francisco. We used it as a base to explore the nearby environs and, as my daughter put it, it became our "home away from home." The staff is friendly and attentive and the food is excellent -- we had both wonderful dinners and lovely breakfasts in the company of... more

I love to stay at B&B's, but sometimes they don't have the amenities that I want. I found the perfect balance in Casa San Francisco. I think the thing that struck me, was the kind of guests it attracts. Cool people, with great stories who are drawn to this wonderful, little hotel. Many of the guests, with whom I shared... more

Casa San Franscisco is designed in the beautiful Spanish colonial style that we love find in Latin America. The peaceful pool in the back, the fountain, the restaurant, the rooms, were all great. What made my stay at Casa San Francisco memorable was the staff. They were all very helpful and accommodating - even finding a doctor to make a... more

We spent six nights at the hotel It was wonderful! The staff was amazing - friendly, sweet and veryhelpful. They arranged many outings for us. They knew the local vendors and we felt secure knowing we were in good hands. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and the air conditioning was great after a day spent exploring the volcano. We... more

If it's the people that truly make a place great, then Casa San Francisco is where we will always stay when visiting Granada. Thanks to the welcoming and warm hospitality of the co-owners and sisters, Nancy Bergman and Terry Leary, and their incredibly friendly and gracious bilingual staff, Casa San Francisco is 'magnifico'. The hotel experience here is more like... more
