We had our doubts because of the low price, but what a pleasant stay. The hotel looks and feel brand new. The indoors pool/hot tub was great for the family and the Breakfast Buffet was fantastic. The buffet alone would cost you $60 for a family of four somewhere else. There's also free high speed wireless internet access and an... more

We were surprised when we got to the hotel that they offered all guests a free buffet breakfast. I hadn't been told that. They must have just remodeled, because it was a really pretty hotel. Loved the espresso cart - I couldn't live without my mocha every day! Keep up the good work! more

On our trip back from Aruba, we stayed at the Holiday Inn for one night. We initially went in and were told that all they had was a smoking room available which we didn't want. We drove up the highway for 15 minutes checking out every hotel we could. Nothing!! So we decided to go back to the Holiday Inn... more

We liked the hotel itself. It was a good deal at $60 and the included breakfast was excellent. However, the neighborhood was questionable. We were panhandled by a guy while walking down the sidewalk in front of the hotel. He wanted money for gas for his van. He was "going to Oregon" but the van stayed there both days we... more

I first thought the hotel was by the highway, it worries me a bit about the noise, but the rooms are facing away from it. Although I didn't expect there is an indurstrial train track near the hotel, so you can hear them but not terribly long or anything. We heard a couple times, and we were on the top... more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn, Everett WA in February of 2007. A week after our stay we were charged 400.00US when we phoned the hotel they stated it was a mistake and they accidently put through the deposit and that it would be refunded. We recieved a phone call the next day stating that we had caused 400.00US worth... more

Guest's had a party in the room and stood on the tub spout and broke it off. Tub spout was clearly not broken when guests rented room. Registared party is responsible for damage. We would never charge guest unless the guest was clearly responsible for damage.

What a great hotel! Friendly staff and great service. Feels like a 4 star hotel. There is even a free shuttle to the local area attractions, including the Outlet Malls, Future of Flight, and Casino. I will defintely stay here again and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. more

This Holiday Inn used to be another hotel and they redid the interior. Sadly the updating in the rooms was not well done. I can only rate this hotel as average. The location is not that great. A lot of bums in Everett. They even approach you as your putting gas in your car in the A.M. more

Pool was not working. When asked why, staff wasn't very pleasant and didn't give us a reason. We also inquired about things to do in the area. The front desk clerk was completely unhelpful. She replied "I don't know". I will say though that the rooms were nice. more

As others have stated, this is a very nice Holiday Inn indeed. Like a high end Marriott or Hyatt. Everything was brand new and very stylish. A full breakfast in the restaurant (not a buffet) was included with the room. But it was the service that set this place apart. Front desk folks, restaurant waitstaff, and especially the maids were... more
