first of all I'm sorry that I didn't write this sooner. we stayed at the farm for the first three nights of our honeymoon in Aug. the gazebo cottage was so nice! to go to bed and wake up to that view was worth every penny! as others have said it could use a little tlc. this is by no... more

We stayed here for 3 nights in the Gazebo cottage. The grounds were breathtaking the view phenomanal. Truely a part of heaven. The place could use a little TLC, and some cleaning. It was not bad, just aged and needs to be updated. But how can you complain with that view right from the hot tub. We saw rainbows all... more

When I was planning this vacation for my family and I, I had several criteria: a house in which to do some limited cooking (full kitchen WITH an espresso maker), a pool/hot tub for the kids to play in (we got both), and a grand adventure (which we found). The North Shore location for us was perfect - remote (no... more

Off the beaten path and down a bumpy road. It was hard to find, especially at night. The view was a mazing. I liked the outdoor shower and the glass bedroom. My wife and I loved the hot tub. more

My husband and I got married in the backyard of the main house overlooking the ocean and it was absolutely perfect. We rented all three houses for family for a few days before and after the wedding, and all three were wonderful in their own unique ways. My husband and I stayed in the gazebo, which was absolutely perfect. The... more

Stayed for a week at the Main House, so I can't tell you about the other accomodations. Was very eager to see for myself, given the differences of opinion posted by others. My impression is well to the positive side of those opinions. As others have mentioned, the views are awesome and the location is one of a kind. The... more

What a wonderful oasis off the beaten path! We stayed in the main house which was very spacious for eight people, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. From the platform bed in the master bedroom, we saw our private hot-tub and the ocean on our right. On our left was the marble bathroom with the sunken tub/shower and the swimming pool. Sitting... more

What a great experience. Ted, Shannon, Marla and Troy made our stay feel like we had our own home on Maui. We stayed for two nights in the Carriage House (should have been three nights, thanks Delta!). We loved our experience there so much that when we extended our trip we came back to the Farm for two nights in... more

you need to be clear about your vacation needs before you book. If this time you just want to veg out by a pool with a book, and renew that way, with a predictably luxurious room, and all needs close at hand and supplied--with restaurants and lots of shops, people to watch all around--then go with a fine hotel you... more

We stayed in the Carriage House Dec. 31 and Jan 1. I selected this hotel for our Hana area portion of our Maui stay, and I am extremely happy that we stayed there. Just before flying to Maui, I saw the most recent reviews which were completely different than the vast majority. When I pick a place I try to... more
