My husband and I stayed at this property for a weeklong getaway recently. Be sure to dine at the restaurant, Michele's, but we don't recommend a stay at the Inn. We just returned from Bar Harbor and really enjoyed the Ivy Manor Inn. First the good: The staff is wonderful and the location can't be beat. The Inn is in a perfect location. It is immaculately decortaed, furnished and kept. Rooms are charming and gorgeous. Continental breakfast is above and beyond what you will find anywhere else. Michelle's Restaurant (managed and run by the Inn's owner's daughter) is beautiful, elegant, and serves exquisite dishes (dinner only). We will definitely come back! more
