Stayed here for one night in July 2008. We booked on Priceline for $102/night. For the money, this was a very nice hotel. One complaint would be the $22/night valet or self parking fee. Since there is absolutely nothing around this resort, there is no options but to park your car here and pay the crazy rate. Internet is $13... more

Let me start off from the beginning. My wife and I had just spent our first two days of our honeymoon in Vegas at the New York, New York Hotel and Casino where I didn't feel very welcomed or my business appreciated, maybe I'm old fashioned, but if I'm laying down almost two hundred dollars a night, I expect respect... more

Hilton recently renovated and upgraded this property, and the rooms are a great improvement, with with flat screen TVs, better mattresses, and, wonder of wonders, the key cards always worked! [This was a major problem the 5 times I stayed at this hotel for the same business conference.] Unfortunately, their main restaurant still suffers from a limited menu, poor execution,... more

Either we had the same room as the previous reviewer or tub problem is common at this property. The front desk claimed that that the rooms had been recently updated but either the job was extremely prooly done or they were lying. Tub looked was definitely either dirty or on desperate need of resurfacing. Furniture was chipped and and room... more

What a fantastic new look! I have been coming to this Hilton Resort on and off for years. They have recently refurbished the pool area/lobby and many rooms. The new look is contemporary and in green and muted browns. We absolutely loved the pool area and programs. We brought two kids that were 13 and 14 and they were pleased... more

This is hard to review--the location along Mission Bay is attractive, as there are some nice bay views and it's right along a recreational path for biking, running and connects to surrounding parks and even Sea World. However, the hotel is not within walking distance of any other restaurants or attractions, so a car is a must. There is a... more

I thought the Mission Bay Hilton Resort and Spa was fantastic for a recent girls weekend. We stayed in one of the lower level villa rooms and the patio with comfy lounge chairs was great! I also liked the size of the room and the decor. Yes, the hallway and entry to the hallway looks more dated, but this didn't... more

I wanted to take my boyfriend somewhere really nice for his birthday. The hotel pics on their website made it look amazing. Do not be fooled... the rooms (we booked a bayfront villa at $569a night) are nothing like is stated or shown. The bayfront view was disgusting. The balcony had two really uncomfotable chairs, not the lounges like they... more

We stayed with our 3-year old over the busy Memorial Day weekend and the Hilton San Diego Resort met - and at times exceeded - our expectation of a perfectly-situated family destination. Because of my Hilton Honors status, we were upgraded to a first floor garden room, a quiet oasis where our daughter even got to feed a family of... more

I stayed at the hotel from May 06-11, 2008 for a combined business/vacation stay. Overall the hotel was clean, updated and quiet. The location is secluded, so a car is a must. It was very easy to get to and from the hotel and to all of the major attractions. The bay was a little disappointing as the water level... more
