Room had dead cockroach at foot of bed when we checked in. No one helped us with bags on the way out. Staff seemed not to care unless you were a diplomat or had gray hair. Amenities were nice however and rooms were very good x-the TVs which were quite small. more

Stayed at The Mark for 2 nights in September. On arrival we were upgraded to a top floor suite which was fantastic. Decor a tad dated but everything spotlessly clean and well presented. Large sitting area and large bedroom and one of the best power showers I have ever been in ! Knocked me off my feet! We booked 2... more

My partner and I stayed at The Mark August 12 and 13 during our visit to NYC. When I originally booked the room, the person taking my call, Leah, was extremely helpful -- a harbinger of things to come. Kat was at the front desk when we arrived at 3 o'clock, the beginning of check-in time. We had booked a... more

We had been staying at the Doubletree Times Square for 5 nights previously and can honestly say that the Mark was superb in comparison. I booked an executive suite for £250.00 through lastminute.com a couple of days before and it was worth every penny and... more

Nice enough, but very, very expensive for quite small rooms. You can do better -- or at least get more room for your money -- elsewhere. Pet peeve, no free internet access. (It was, I think, $15 a day, and it was not wireless.) At these prices, they should throw that in. Our maid was excellent, and the service was... more
