I stayed in the Holiday Inn El Paso (airport) for one night in July 2008. The room was old and musky. These are the old outside entrance type rooms, nice in the ‘70s and ‘80s. For one night, I dealt with it but that turned out to be the least of my problems. Once I got my Credit Card statement... more

I picked this place, as a test run for our business. The place is an old building just off of I-10 and Airport. Very conveinent to the area and places to see. As a one night stay I would stay, but not for a business week. The place is an older building, which has been renovated. The rooms are the... more

Our experience was basically ruined at check-in. First we were assigned a room on the 2'nd floor of the main building directly across from where you check-in. There are no elevators in the main building. After lugging our stuff up stairs we found the door to our room wide open and the room was a mess. They were unable to... more

Outdated (room in general, carpet and bathroom in particular), noisy (never get a room by the pool unless you are traveling with kids), smelled musty (no excuse), AC had a bad rattle (updates anyone?), the grounds and corridors were dirty (trash, gum, cigarette butts and trash, oh yeah, I said that already) flat screen HD TV did not receive all... more

The hotel had nice accommodations, a nice lobby, a beautiful lounge, and I enjoyed having the refrigerator and microwave in the room. However, it felt old, dirty, and ancient in many ways. The windows were not clean, the doors to the outside did not close completely, and the walls had bowed in a few places. Parking was hit and miss... more

We booked this hotel through Hotwire.com, and consequently received a deeply discounted rate. The experience provided by this hotel exceeded our expectations. Marco checked us into the front gate, and noted that we were hotwire customers slated to receive a first floor single king size room. He asked if we were willing to climb stairs to the second floor. We... more

The rooms have been refurbished but not very well done. Some of the electrical plugs were dead. Great flat screen HD television. Several teen ball teams were staying at the hotel and it was a little noisy. Desk clerks very helpful. Had a wonderful breakfast in their restaurant. An average motel but I would stay here again. more

Rooms have been refurbished. Nice beds, big flat screen t.v. Hotel is convenient to freeway and next to a Hampton Inn and Courtyard hotel. Seems like a safe area. Steak house on site, also a bar on site. Nice lobby area. Older hotel, but the refurbished rooms make it seem new. Security on site even though hotel seems in a... more

This place is where my wife and i came to love holiday inn express! We live about an hour away and stay here each time we want to have a little "night on the town" The first time we stayed here i was overwhelmed. Never would have expected such great customer service from a Holiday Inn hotel but it was... more

It looks like the hotel was just renovated and the bedding and rooms were much nicer than I was expecting. We are holding a business seminar next month and moved... more
