We were booked into this hotel as part of a conference, though the room rates were not significantly cheaper than an individual boking would have been. The rooms are quite spacious with 2 big beds, clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful though the front desk was very busy and there always seemed to be people... more

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was exceptionally clean, bathroom newly renovated. Hotel really is located right in the middle of the historic district - overlooks Ben Franklin's grave!! Major attractions all within 4 block radius. Well worth it. more

Very easy to find from the Ben Franklin Bridge. Park your car and walk to everything: Independence Hall (2 blocks), Betsy Ross House (around the corner), South Street (8 blocks), and a great italian restaurant on Market Street (4 blocks). The Omni is just around the corner, but why pay more? Front desk staff were friendly, and helpful. There were... more

We stayed in a king room which was very roomy and nicely appointed. The bathroom was a bit small but did the job. The hotel was VERY crowded when we checked in on a Saturday. The front desk was friendly. The lobby is nothing special. Basically this hotel is fine for an overnight stay. It is located in the center... more

This is the place to stay especially for someone coming to Philly who has just a few days, doesn't want to drive everywhere and is planning to see downtown and the highlights. Plain and simple, a good place to stay, accessible parking and a quick walk to sights, shopping and restaurants. If you are looking for high end comforts and... more

I was booked into this hotel by a conference I was attending, and it was a perfectly fine hotel, but really nothing too exceptional. The room I had was good sized -- king bed, seating area and bath. But the bathroom was very oddly designed in that the toilet was crammed between the sink and tub so that the toilet... more

I first have to say this is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time, they were going through renovations and making updates, so I was looking forward to seeing what they had done. Checking in was a breeze, and unloading was easy, with staff ready to greet you and help in anyway. We got to our rooms,... more

We booked this hotel when we decided to go to philly for a last minute trip. The rooms were very clean, The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great! We would recommend this hotel over staying at a pricier one. more

What a great location! My fiance booked the trip for a birthday weekend away from Baltimore, to experience a new city. The hotel location was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to see the historical sites, shop, bar hop and explore in two days and we easily could hit all of those things in walking distance from... more
