Rm 517, First the non-smoking room I checked into smelt of strong smoke & the carpet was filthy. The sofa had a few large stain & dried food on it.There was a bag with an empty water bottle under the sink. The suite was visibly run down!I went to the front desk & the receptionist was rude & ignorant. She... more
We are very happy to announce that our renovations are complete. We are excited with the addition of the LINKS--Sheraton's free high- tech center for our guests usage. It surely helps the guest to stay connected while away from loved ones and the office. We are proud to announce the opening of Relish-- the first of its kind gourmet burger...
My family and I stayed in the Sheraton over night before flying. It was an awesome place to stay. We had the park and fly option and it was very reasonably priced and I felt safe leaving my vehicle there. We stayed in a suite room that had a pull out couch. I would highly recommend this hotel! more
I don't even know where to begin with this rundown and dirty hotel! I arrived at about 2:45 (check-in is at 3:00) on a Wednesday for a one-night stay and was informed they had no rooms currently available for check-in and it would be a little while. I noticed a handful of other people also waiting to check-in including some... more
This is the most terrible hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty, run down,,bad front desk. Booked on Priceline and the 1st time ever disappointed in a priceline Hotel. It was in the highest category at the PHL airport. It should not receive more than 1/2 star. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE more
After checking out of another hotel in the area, me and my buisness colleague checked in here, although it was expensive ($209) a night (thank god for the expense account!) The hotel was very nice and clean, staff was exceptional and very helpfull, providing directions to shopping areas and attractions. The room was large and very comfortable. The gym was... more
Just checked in last night for a week's stay. Read the reviews here a few hours before I checked in and was left worried about what I would encounter when I got there. None of my concerns materialized. Check in was quick. Got the king sized room I'd asked for (my spg status made a difference?). Would agree that the... more
I stayed at the Four Point Sheraton next door to this hotel last year and it was horrible! I tried the Sheraton Suites on this trip and it was better. The staff was nice and the rooms were spacious. The hotel reminds me of an old embassy suites. The hotel is showing signs of wear: carpets in the rooms, walls... more
After waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle at midnight, the quickest check in ever, I still was grossed out by the dirty carpet, moldy tile in the bath and the fingerprint smudged coffee area. The morning shuttle driver was great and the beds were comfy. If I hadn't got half off through priceline I would have been very angry. The... more
What's up with Sheraton lately ?. There was a time when the Sheraton product was as predictable as a Big Mac meal, you know what you were gonna get and in the majority of case left contentented. This certainly isn't the case at the Sheraton Suites, PHL Airport. Having specifically reserved a non smoking room with king size bed (and... more
