The hotel desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Most hotel chains have free computer use in the lobby, they charged for usage. The room was dated and needed renovation. The bathroom had rust stains in the shower area and walls. The eas a layer of dust on night stand clock. The beds were comfortable. The doors are very loud... more

The suite they put us in was lovely, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. I have a 7 year-old with a spinal cord injury, (at the moment she is confined to a wheelchair) the staff and management went above and beyond to make her as well as myself and my other 3 small children feel right at home, all... more

I stayed at the Radisson Cross Keys for a college visit to Johns Hopkins with my daughter. I found the hotel easily - it is in the Cross Keys shopping complex, with good signage leading to the hotel. (although the sign at the street entrance only says "Cross Keys".) The hotel is very well located to Johns Hopkins. The hotel... more

The management at this hotel is good, in fact one of only two good points about this place. The second is the indoor rooms; the one I stayed in I was quite impressed with.Otherwise, this is a poor hotel. The outside of it is quite un-impressive, the pool is absolutely disgusting and quite dangerous: there are nails sticking up and... more

Radisson Cross Keys is definitely a unique hotel. It has the feel of a mountain lodge but is close to highway, Baltimore, Pimlico, and hospitals. Stayed on July 4th, 2 couples, great Priceline rate. Used the hotel as a base to drive into Baltimore from, also convenient to light rail and they offer a shuttle to Inner Harbor. The hotel... more

Immaculate grounds and lobby. Spotless room and bath; adjustable comfort bed; free WiFi. Food in restaurant was great and reasonably priced. Very helpful staff. Can't imagine any better for the price. more

I stayed at the Radisson Cross Keys for a conference based at the nearby Loyola College campus. The hotel setting is unusual and attractive, embedded in a high-quality suburban shopping village. The feel of the design is almost tropical. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, both for sleeping and relaxing with several friends. Easy transportation was available to local sights.... more

The staff was very professional. They shuttled me to the harbor, stored my luggage between check-ou and my flight and were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. more

I recently stayed here for a conference that Loyola hosted. I got a room with a high ceiling and a sleep number bed (great!) The front desk was friendly and helpful when printing off my presentation (for free). Located in a mall, it was nice to walk around. The shuttle driver was also very nice and helpful. more

I recently attended a conference at Loyola College in Maryland and the Raddison at Cross Keys was the host hotel. I had an excellent experience there! It is not in the Inner Harbor, (its about 15 minutes away), but it is tucked away in this pictusresque park-like setting, complete with adjacent shops and restaurants in the complex. First of all,... more
