Don't valet your car. I have stayed at this hotel twice, as when they say 15 minutes to get your car, count on at least 30minutes. The first time, I was waiting for so long, I just went down to the parking garage to get my own car. The last time, it took 35min to retrive my car at 10am,... more

We booked a night at this hotel at the very last minute, after reading terrible reviews about the hotel we were supposed to stay. This hotel was incredibly average... nothing that made the stay good or bad. The rooms seem a bit dated, which is odd considering they were just redone, and it seems absurd this day and age not... more

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Every single experience with a staff member was pleasant. They allow dogs under 40lbs with no extra charge, only a deposit. Short walk to the Inner Harbor. Would definitely stay here again. more

We arrived at the front desk an hour before check-in time, and were greeted warmly by the staff. "Welcome to the Sheraton" Lucky for us, a room was ready. Thanks to previous reviews, we had made a request for the South Tower-higher floor upon booking, and that's exactly what we received. From the lobby to the elevator, the surroundings are... more

I found myself at the Sheraton for business conference in March of this year. I was hoping for cooler weather, but alas, I must have brought my Houston heat because it was pretty warm outside! The hotel was chosen by my employer as all our meetings were to take place there. The rooms were adequate, but the furnishings were old... more

My husband and I stayed on May 25, to catch the Yankees/Orioles game. Although the service was great, from valet, to check-in, to breakfast buffet, the actual hotel was very middle-of-the-line. Our room was on the 11th floor, right by the elevators, so we could hear everything. At about 2 am, our neighbors came home and made plenty of noise... more

I rated this property Above Average because of the staff--they were exceptional. Otherwise, this property would rate an average. I was here Tuesday through Friday on the seventh floor of South Tower. The room had two double beds and was a corner room. My daughter had business to conduct and I agreed to go along and be nanny to her... more

I stayed four nights at the City Center Sheraton during a conference: two nights in a suite and two nights in a king room. (The rooms were comped because I was with the convention-staging company.) There were only three differences between the two rooms: (1) the suite included a room with a sofa, second TV, and a round "meeting" table... more

I was an exhibitor at the recent TASI conference. This was a busy event, with hours from 7AM to well into the evening. As an exhibitor I appreciated the attention I received from the hotel staff - including the Bell Desk. They quickly transferred my exhibit materials from the car; told me where to park easily; met me at the... more

My wife booked us, THEN we looked at TripAdvisor reviews. GULP! It sounded like we were in for a noisy, unpleasant time, based on many reviews here. As a result, I was pro-active, and that may have helped create our enjoyable experience. I asked for a room on an upper floor (to avoid road noise, especially buses) and for a... more
