I stayed here two nights in July 2008 and I have mixed feelings. Pro’s: the location is great, just a block from the Market area and also very close to the riverfront. It is not really in the historic district, rather on the edge I’d say, but it’s a lot cheaper than other hotels downtown and you can actually walk... more

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and couldn't have been more pleased. The location was great! The employees were wonderful -from the front desk to the men who worked the valet. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful with a view of the bridge. The room was large and clean. No matter where you... more

This hotel is about a block from the action in Savannah. Right on the edge of the seedy side of town. Not a big deal but stay alert. We ordered a “King” suit and thought we would get a king bed. Right? So we thought. We got to the suite and the main area was fine, flat screen, desk, coach,... more

My wife and I only stayed here one night but were very impressed with the Four Points. I used my Starwoods points for this stay and figured that I would be given a room with a less than steller view since I wasn't actually paying for it. Instead I was given a room with a river view on the top... more

I had to ask the cab driver twice if I was at the right hotel when I was dropped off. There is a vacant lot next door and there were people hanging around outside the hotel late at night, which made even the men in my group think twice about venturing out. The front desk staff was very nice and... more

We chose to stay here because we got a great pre-paid rate through an online travel site, and it is in the historic district. It is on the edge of the historic district, but it is certainly a convenient location, only a half block or so from the action. Our room (and the hotel overall) was very tastefully decorated and... more

I was surprised to hear this is a new property, largely because the most lasting memory I have of it is the stale, musty odor of the carpets, both in the room and the lobby/conference areas. Apart from that, the room was adequate if a little small. The hotel is not in the middle of the Historic District. It's convenient... more

We took a short (school vacation) trip to Savannah in Feb. we stay often at Sheratons while traveling so we thought this sounded good. Check in was wonderful, very helpful and friendly, valet parking wasn't anymore expensive than any other hotel and the valet was very nice about us going in and out during our stay. The staff was helpful... more

This hotel is in close proximity to both the City Market and the Riverfront. It is on a noisy street and borders an area which seems dangerous after dark. Luckily, the weather was beautiful and we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. Our room smelled like a stale cigar and gym shoes. We left our room... more

I do not suggest staying at this hotel. The rooms are fairly decent, when they are cleaned (which is rare) and if you're room is located towards the back corner of the hotel, you have a lovely view of one of Savannah's finest ghetto's. The food at the restaurant was good but over priced. The only parking they provide is... more
