My husband and I travel fairly frequently, and this hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed in. The front desk person was friendly and professional. The room was not only clean, but spotless, and the beds were very comfortable, with a pillow top mattress as an added bonus. We didn't partake of the free continental breakfast, but the... more

I was booked in here for a job interview. The room was dingy, and clean-ish at best. They promised wireless internet, but my room didn't have any. Not a good choice - I'd never return. more

Nice comfortable room at a great price. Our room was located away from the main street and was quiet. TV reception was poor. more

I stayed at this hotel with my fiance for a week in June 2007. Although I had initially booked a room with two queen-sized beds (we like the extra space), we were given a room with one bed. The room was otherwise so small and cramped that we had no space to spread out our belongings. And even with the... more

The Best Western Central Plaza is affordable and clean, but it is not well kept up. The continental breakfast was weak coffee, muffins or toast and boxes of cereal. The bed was tolerable and the furniture was old, but the room was clean. In Fredericksburg, we toured all the Civil War museums and battle sites in and surrounding Fredericksburg. That... more

Stayed here on an overnight on Friday, Oct. 5th. We chose this because of the recent good ratings on TripAdvisor and its location at the Interestate exit. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was fine and there was plenty of fresh fruit to compliment the standard choices. The decor at the office and lobby is very... more

We had reservations at another hotel in the Fredericksburg area. Once we pulled in their parking lot, we couldn't cancel fast enough. I searched the Internet and found the Best Western, located a few miles south of Fredericksburg, across the street from the Central Park mall. The lobby is small, and the Continental Breakfast was good, but not expansive. However,... more

Stayed here for one night on our way to the Outer Banks. The motel was a little difficult to find because of its location, but once we got there we were happy with the place. It's right across from the Central Park mall which is HUGE and has several restaurants to choose from. There is also a Waffle House and... more

Husband and I stayed here one night as a stopover to VA Beach. Room was average size with fridge/microwave. Little noisy from highway. Area was extremely crowded and when I asked the clerk at a nearby gas station if something special was going on in the area she commented "no it is always like this, you should see it a... more

This year for my birthday, my husband and I decided to take a weekend trip to Fredericksburg, Virginia, which is outside Washington D.C. and home to the historic Civil War Battlefields of Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and Chancellorsville. We are from Baltimore, Maryland, which is a two hour drive from Fredericksburg, and upon prior positive experiences with the Best Western, we decided... more
