first of all the staff was wonderful,very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and neat which included a fridge. A no frills hotel that is a stones throw from Magic Springs and a pool on site to take a dip. Book early because rooms go fast and don't forget your continental breakfast every morning which stays stocked out. more

The staff was very friendly and accomadating to our smoking needs. The room was clean. Very nice place to stay for the night. The only complaint my husband had was the water was not hot for showers. I don't take hot showers so it was just the right temp for me! Would stay here again!! more

Give this property a look if you're just interested in a place to crash without spending a lot. The beds are clean, the shower has PLENTY of hot water, and it's easily accessible from Highway 70. The TV is microscopic, they don't provide shampoo, and there is no Internet service available. It's no resort, but it's great for my needs.... more

The woman names Christine that works in the office of this hotel was horrible. She was rude, inconsiderate and should not be working in public. We were lied to and treated horribly. My wife & I stayed here in January of '07, the primary reason for the visit being opening day at Oaklawn. During our move to Hot Springs we were not able to get to our new house because of snow and ice. We stayed in several of the local hotels/motels and found that for the money, Knights Inn was the best around. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
