This is the most beautiful, convenient and comfortable bed and breakfast in Madison, WI (I have enjoyed three). I brought my boyfriend and my son here for the summer, and we met his parents at this property and enjoyed an evening of delicious desserts, tea and warmth. We were very excited to stay at this well reviewed bed and breakfast. We found the photos online to be decieving-it is on a busy 4-lane highway. We mentioned the fact that the traffic was loud and our host responded with an argumentative, "We sell sleep for a living". This may be true but that doesn't mean it will be... more

As a business traveler who is on the road 100+ days a year, I've found bed and breakfasts be a mixed bag. On the one hand, politically I'm much more inclined to support a small business owner with my money than a large corporation. And many B+Bs come with comforts and amenities not available in most hotels. Yet some B+B... more

We had a truly enjoyable stay in the Ecovista room at this great environmentally-minded B&B. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. Wonderful breakfast made by very friendly hosts. Very convienent for visiting friends in Madison. I would definitely stay here again. more
