Motel was nice and clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful in finding cabs into the city. Enjoyed the Free Breakfast. We attended Jazz Fest and wanted a hotel near to a bus line so we would not have to pay for parking. I was a bit concerned when we checked in because of the hotel across the street. It's a maze alright, aMazing you get out of this area in one piece!!!! This area is a high crime area of New Orleans East. If you are to visit New Orleans, Stay to the uptown area, Slidell or Metarie. DO NOT STAY ON CHEF HWY. more
