We stayed at Iberville for the second weekend of Jazz Festival. The city was booked up and this was our second choice based on Trip Advisor and availability. It was an above average suite hotel that was very clean, but I thought the suite was small about the same size a regular room, but with partitions. On the high side... more

Pros: -Beautiful lobby -Ideal location -A few members of the staff were very charming and helpful -Our room was stocked with Bath and Body Works toiletries (not Kiehl's, but better than something generic!) -Quiet overall, especially for the Quarter Cons: -Majority of hotel staff indifferent at best -Miniscule rooms that could benefit from better housekeeping (missing light bulbs, old scratchy... more

Stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday during the week--between Jazz Fest weekends. We were received warmly by the doorman when we arrived, and had a quick, friendly check-in. Lobby was very well appointed. Our room was spacious and very clean. I liked that there was a separate sitting room with a comfortable couch, desk, TV, refrigerator and wet bar.... more

Rooms very large and clean, bathroom was smallish but nicely decorated with plenty of towels and toiletries, good shower. Housekeeping service was prompt and thorough. VERY quiet hallways and rooms, but no view. Programmable climate control in the room worked well. Wireless internet access is from the Ritz Carlton next door and costs $13 per 24 hours, expensive but the... more

This hotel is a bit hidden away having to enter through an elevator to the 2nd floor. But upon the doors opening, a nice, well-appointed hotel and helpful staff awaits your arrival. They were always hospitable and friendly. My husband had a few things that need attention (non-working remote, light out above shower, no bath mat) and when we returned... more

You can tell a lot about a property by its public washrooms, and the Iberville Suites washrooms have much to say. They are opulent, and gorgeous. We were a little nervous about booking a hotel so near Bourbon Street in the French Quarter; the Iberville Suites are just down the street from the raucous area. But our fears were unjustified.... more

Stayed there prior to Katrina and it was great. True Ritz Carlton service - fresh cookies at the desk at noon, real towels to dry your hands on in the lobby bathrooms, clean well appointed rooms in great condition, hot breakfast each morning. Not this time. it was apparent that the management has cut back on all the little things... more

My wife and I took a 2 day trip to New Orleans and booked a room at the Iberville Suites based on the reviews here. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was just the right size in my opinion. The bathroom was just a tad on the small size compared to other hotels we have stayed at but it wasn't... more

After poring over reviews for hotels in the French Quarter, we reserved at Iberville Suites - and prayed we'd made a good choice... turns out, we chose very wisely.. it was incredible!! The location is great.. and, the hotel is owned and run by Ritz Carlton, in the same building as the Ritz (along with a third, a super-upscale hotel... more
