Be careful when making reservations with this property. It seems to be a marketing company, or something of the sort that makes the reservations and many of the quoted prices change when you get to the hotel. The check-in to the hotel went very smoothly - everyone was polite and there were not any hang ups. Stayed here for 4 nights during JazzFest. Rates were competitive and the location of this hotel is excellent--in Warehouse District and short walk to French Quarter. Beautiful exposed brick walls and hardwood floors...however, there were a few detailed imperfections in the room that raise my concern. At this point I voiced my concerns with the manager, Gabrielle Thomas, and she QUICKLY jumped into action... This makes her the greatest manager know to MAN!
