The hotel is really clean, well appointed, beautiful location, comfortable rooms, nice public areas, good pools and spa, and reasonably good value, and nice staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while skiing in Saalbach-Hinterglemm for a week in January. Normally it is possible to join the "ski-circus" from a lift 200m away, but as it was low season this lift wasn't in action.
