This is what a hotel should be. Clean, comfortable room, soft bed, nice bathroom, good overall location and amenities. Friendly staff too. Downstairs restaurant is a little pricey but there is a little cafe across the lobby. Check out the happy hour in the bar. Valet parking is a little expensive, but prompt and easy. I'd stay again, definately. more

We booked through travelocity. When our flight was cancelled due to snow and ice and delayed a full day out, Westin refused to refund 1 of our 2 nights. Any hotel that allows dogs AND gives them a plush bed, water/food bowl, and poop bags gets 5 stars. Aside from that treat, the hotel was immaculate and service was great. When I called for some extra milk for my coffee, we had someone at the door within 5 minutes. Excellent location too. more

I stayed here in Oct 07 and Dec 07, each stay was for one night. Both times I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel to be top-notch. The Oct one was for a girlfriends' getaway weekend. We stayed at the Westin between Xmas and New Year and were looking forward to it after everything we had read here on TA.
