We were in room 4236, had a nice view of downtown. We could see a little bit of the lake, not too much though. Still, the views of the mountains and city were unbeatable. The location was great, right near everything. The walk to Pike's Place Market was short, and there were so many restaurants nearby. We also saw a... more

This is what a hotel should be. Clean, comfortable room, soft bed, nice bathroom, good overall location and amenities. Friendly staff too. Downstairs restaurant is a little pricey but there is a little cafe across the lobby. Check out the happy hour in the bar. Valet parking is a little expensive, but prompt and easy. I'd stay again, definately. more

My brother & I booked through American Airlines' site for a concert at Key Arena and we loved this hotel. The location is fabulous - a block from the south monorail terminal (which takes you to the Space Needle/Key Arena at the other end) and within walking distance of Pike Place Market. It's smack in the middle of the high-end... more

We booked through travelocity. When our flight was cancelled due to snow and ice and delayed a full day out, Westin refused to refund 1 of our 2 nights. For a 200+ per night hotel, that seems a bit greedy. Not to mention, the view wasn't that great, the air didn't work at all (barely slept that night). I expect... more

Any hotel that allows dogs AND gives them a plush bed, water/food bowl, and poop bags gets 5 stars. Aside from that treat, the hotel was immaculate and service was great. When I called for some extra milk for my coffee, we had someone at the door within 5 minutes. Excellent location too. more

It's a really nice hotel, especially for the business traveler hoping to unwind. They know who they are catering to and they don't miss a step. They're not going for a hip, spare atmosphere, but catering to what urban travelers want. I also like it because there's an indoor pool, it's downtown, the views are amazing, so when I can... more

I stayed here in Oct 07 and Dec 07, each stay was for one night. Both times I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel to be top-notch. The Oct one was for a girlfriends' getaway weekend. We had two double-queen rooms right next to each other. We were in one tower, and used the jacuzzi/pool in the other tower.... more

Based on other travellers reviews I was expecting this hotel to be a hit or miss. Since I've booked with hotels.com i was expecting,as usual,an old, worn out room with no view. When asked to have a better view the lady at the front desk gave us a city view wich was really fantastic. Ok no fireworks, but the view was stunning... more

First, because of booking through expedia, we got assigned a room with a very average view and not on an elevated floor (although we requested it specifically). We had issues with the housekeeping mostly: no attention to details, some hair here and there upon arrival, carpet stains, no proper restocking of towels, soap or coffee ...I constantly had to make... more

We stayed at the Westin between Xmas and New Year and were looking forward to it after everything we had read here on TA. The location is excellent - right in the city, a stone's throw from everything and a minute's walk from the monorail. We had a room on the 33rd floor which looked directly at the Space Needle.... more
