I've stayed at this place twice now, once by myself and once with my wife. It's a mile or so from SeaTac Airport, and they have a shuttle running from there to the hotel -- every half-hour. So, you may have to wait a little but that's fine with me. The hotel is a bit old and needs a paint... more

I was arriving in SEA after midnight and traveling with two German Shepherd pups that I was delivering to clients. I wanted an affordable place for the short stay that was pet friendly and had a free airport shuttle. This place fit the bill. After some of the previous reviews I decided to pack my own linens and pillow; unnecessarily.... more

This hotel is under renovation, however it's no excuse for lack of cleanliness or professionalism. Upon entering the hotel for the evening; encountered a local 'working girl' complaining to front desk about how they had wrecked her 'night.' Do not expect more than 2 small towels for 2 people. ** WARNING ** Do Not expect to receive a receipt of... more

i fly and stay at hotels a lot...this has got to be on my top 5 worst! the staff was rude, the elevator was broke, the room was disgusting and the ambiance was...well, ghetto. there were drug deals going on in daylight and ladies soliciting beside them. the place is rundown and needs a good cleaning. stay away and spend... more

Hookers passed out in the hall, bathrooms that flooded, topped off by the SWAT team bursting in down the hall at 2 am. This hotel was so dangerous that we complained about the drunk We didn't even have our luggage out of the rental car before two guys got in a screaming fight and ran right past us. It got... more

This place was horrible! We checked in after a flight from Phoenix and the clerk was complaining that "she had too much money in the drawer" and if she was audited by the sheriff, she would be "in big trouble cuz we don't want to get robbed". WHAT? That should have been my first clue to RUN! We get to... more

I stay in Seattle for only short (8-10 hour) periods; waiting for an International flight. If I had read the reviews I might have selected a different hotel. I usually stay at the La Quinta (SeaTac) but rates have steadily gone up to where they are almost $100 night. The Red Roof, on the other hand, was about $50. The... more

The hotel lists a shuttle service to and from the airport, without telling you that it runs on a specific schedule. So, have extra money for a cab! We checked in and asked for a wake up call, which we never got, that in turn made us late to meet the shuttle to the airport that left us by one... more

Hotels.com gave this hotel a 2 star review. I assumed it would be a basic clean, comfortable place. It was not! The entire hotel was dirty. The elevator walls had dirt streaks and peeling tiles. And then it was broken for most of the day! The rooms were in worse shape. Sheets had small holes, some room doors were damaged... more

I travel for work all the time and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. While there the cleaning staff went thru my suit case and stole my personal information and used it to pay their personal bills on line. When I called management it took days for them to return my call and they were... more
