Our stay here was great. They upgraded us from a Deluxe King room to a Premier King room. I've never stayed in such a nice hotel. From the sweet lady we booked with to the concierge to the valet to the bartender-everyone was thoughtful, professional, and kind. We had a great view of the Space Needle too and the knee... more
I went and had a weekend getaway with my girlfriend and LET ME TELL YOU!!! It was awesome! I had such a great time. The staff was soooo nice! always opening the doors. Any questions we had they helped. The room was spectacular! The bathroom was very luxurious. We are definitely going to stay there again. more
The Pan Pacific Hotel was classy and modern from the moment I checked in. The valet attendents and staff were extremely professional and friendly and gave great advice and service. The hotel room was clean, smelled great and gave a nice view of the downtown area and the Space Needle. And the bathroom was wonderful; including a stand in shower... more
The staff was wonderful, very friendly and eager to please. Pan Pacific is primarily in the customer service business and then the hotel business. The location is good, it is within walking distance to the Seattle downtown sites, like Pike Market and the waterfront. A real plus is that there is a Starbucks connected to the hotel and Whole Foods... more
We arrived in the dark around dinnertime in the pouring rain. Of course we are used to this coming from the OTHER rainiest city in North America, Vancouver. My son and I were on a "boy's bonding" trip so I booked a room with 2 queen beds. Overall I was very impressed. The staff was VERY good. The room was... more
this hotel has a great location for getting around Seattle. Our room was comfortable, but there was no hardware on bathroom sliding door, so it would not stay closed - there is very little parking in this area - Hotel parking is $28.00 a nite, pricey We did book a travel "deal" and front desk - wanted to remind us... more
Stayed at this property for one evening. The stay was excellent in all areas from the moment we pulled up to the door. We were greeted promptly by the valet and our luggage was unloaded and we were escorted to the front desk. Check-in was less than 3 minutes with no problems and we in our rooms less than 8... more
We found that the Pan Pacific Seattle was true to the many reviews that we read on TripAdvisor. My wife and I went with another couple on Dec. 27 to 29, 2007 and, with a few minor negatives, we found the overall stay to be excellent. We booked through hotels.ca, and got a rate of $183 CDN per night, including... more
Pan Pacific Seattle was surprisingly a nice hotel and the best one on our Seattle-Vancouver-Victoria trip. Location & Convenience: Although a bit out of the main downtown area, it is an easy walk or a cab ride to downtown shopping, museums and pike place market. You can take the new trolley for free that stops right outside the hotel and... more
