This hotel is a good location to see the landing beaches and the other things in the "Cotentin"peninsular. It's just near to a highway but in the rooms we heard no noises at all. It's OK. If you want to see the area and meet up with people who still remember the liberation, it's a good base. The food is OK and reasonable value. We will stay again as its so convenient. more

Hotel la Sainte Mere is a hotel just outside of St. Mere Eglise. The hotel is visually unappealing and is right off of a busy freeway/highway. If you're looking for something with charm, go someplace else. Note that if you stay at the hotel, you have a 5 to 10 minute walk into town (along a busy street). The hotel... more
