We booked three rooms as we were going to a wedding for the weekend. Two rooms for two nights and one room for one night. This hotel experience was the worst I've ever had. The staff was rude, and did not want to address basic problems. I'll never stay here again, and I'm also never using priceline to book a room. I've spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get the issues resolved. Still, no luck. I guess I'm screwed! more

Do not call the 800 number to book your hotel.! Be sure to call the hotel directly. There must be a glitch in the two systems matching up. Everything was botched up time after time. This hotel was one big hassel after another. more

We stayed on a Saturday and upon check in they informed us that the previous night they were at 100% capacity. Check in time was 4:00, so they told us to check back at 3:30 to see if our rooms were available. My extended family booked a weekend getaway for this hotel/waterpark. After reading others reviews I was really neverous, the last time we stayed here many years ago the hotel was extremely run down.
