I was here for one night. The front desk lady, Melanie, was excellent. She provided great directions, was exquisite and efficient at check-in, and almost anticipated my questions/needs. I like that. The staff in the bar and restaurant were very friendly, efficient, and professional. I ate dinner here one night and although not gourmet, the food was very serviceable for... more

I have the opportunity to travel alot through out the year and many times we take bus groups with us. I used this hotel last year and considered it reasonable, so we returned this year. I should have been suspicious when the contact people from last year were gone and I received a 4 page contract. It was brought to... more

This hotel needs updating in the lower floors and is not quite up to the Crowne Plaza standards. If you have to stay at this hotel, you should make sure you join the PriorityClub membership and demand a room on the top two floors which are saved for business class and PriorityClub guests. Those floors are likely up to the... more

Stay away until they renovate the hotel. I declined 3 rooms because of peeling paint, dirt, smoke etc. While the staff is nice, they are hampered by the condition of the property. The elevator(when it closes) is dirty, the rugs are beyond worn and the rooms I saw were very tired looking. The location is odd. If it weren't for... more

Stayed one week. No complaints. Situated on hill on one of the main roads to the west of Omaha. You need a car to get around and get out and about. I had a massive room, with enormous bed and kitchenette area. Clean and comfortable. more

Ok, it is a nice looking hotel. I enjoyed the first few stays. Then the problems started. Security is very poor. There is an outside door to the swimming pool that is not secured. So, in order to get into the pool area from the hotel you have to swipe a room card, but anyone can waltz in through the... more

I recently stayed at this property for a off-site training course. I was on the sixth floor. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The room included a spa robe and nice toiletries. The lobby had a lot of nice comfortable seats which are good for chatting with colleagues. The check in staff was also very friendy. Free internet access... more

The worst restaurant experience ever. Walked into the Plaza Grille at 7 pm, finally got food at 8:40. That's right, more than an hour and a half. They were not crowded either. Hotel room is OK except WiFi connection is bad. If you stay here, eat somewhere else. more

This was a last minute booking, and for what we paid, we got a fair deal on lodging - the room was nice and clean. On the downside, my friend and I were unable to get two double beds since there was a major sporting tournament staying at the hotel. Noting that two guys were going to have to share... more

First, keep in mind this was 3 women and 4 kids under 7...We requested joining rooms, did not get it...they move us down the hall to a room that had heat for a/c - it was 95 out. One room was fine, the other was literally blowing heat. Called desk, waited for maintenance.....still waiting....stillllllll waiting. They never came and instead... more
