Stayed here for one night on our honeymoon. We really didn't like it here! It's small, only 5 rooms and I believe we were the only guests that night. It was a little weird since we smoke and they lock the door at night so we couldn't get out! Alomst felt like we were bothering them when we'd go outside... more

A charming 5 room inn on a farm with an excellent restaurant with a resident dog, who will accompany you on evening walks. And Icelandic horses you can rent on the next farm. We had 2 nights at the Country Hotel Anna near Skogar. Its in a beautiful spot and makes a wonderful change to the larger hotels we stayed at on our trip. The bedrooms are large and clean. The hotel is full of character and the hosts are really friendly without interfering in your stay. There is a great hot tub... more

One of Icelandic Farm Holidays properties on the South coast just off road no 1 not far from the waterfall at Skogar. Very comfortable room with private facilities. We were the only guests - only 5 rooms anyway. Our hostess was very friendly and cooked us an excellent evening meal which included the nicest cod I have ever tasted. Breakfast... more
