“Looked nice but didn't honor reservations”

We recently toured Romania with an outstanding private guide. Despite the facts that he had an emailed confirmation and that the room was already payed for, the hotel did not honor the reservation. They had given our rooms away and they had no other rooms available. The manager did admit that it was clearly their mistake but that gave us... more

We went with a group of cousins to visit our ancestral home . What a pleasant surprise! Clean, air conditioned and internet access in a town that has probably not changed since my father's birth a hundred years ago. I strongly recommend this place for ones stay. The food was excellent as well. more
