We took a group of students to the International Science Fair and the Best Western offered the best value. The staff was extremely accomodating - they joked with the students and asked them each day about their experience at the Fair and in Atlanta. The breakfast was outstanding - something for everyone and it was delicious. I would stay here... more

We stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. Parking cost 15$ a night in the garage under the hotel, a cost which we expected to pay. Overall the final bill was reasonable for the standard of hotel. The Marta train station was conveniently just across the road and got us right into the heart of Atlanta to visit CNN,... more

Worst hotel I've ever been to. It took 3 tried to get us into the least dirty/smelly room available. The staff did not know where popular attractions in the city where and could not give directions how to get there. The outdoor entrances do not seem safe. We had a 1st floor room on the street with a 5 foot... more

Did not enjoy this hotel at all. No parking was available, no cribs were available, water temperature was extremely hot, staff not helpful, and room I requested not available, and rooms not clean. Stay at another downtown hotel. more

I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked for 2 nights, but checked out after 1. The garage was full and we had to leave our car on a public parking lot and pay over $10. The room was small, DIRTY and has not seen a makeover in a couple of years. Our bed covers were dirty and the... more

To start this was more like a seedy motel than a Best Western the staff were all unhelpfull and no time to give directions or any tourisum information. the rooms were tiny with worn stained carpets, there was no bath only a shower with a large basin which when wet allowed the paint to peel away, the whole room needed... more

Stayed at the Best Western recently while in Atlanta to check out a graduate program at Georgia State. Hotel is just a five minute walk from the Peachtree MARTA station, so location is very convenient. (It's about a 15-20 minute walk to GSU's campus, if you're interested.) It was nice to be able to fly into Atlanta, use MARTA, and... more

This was the absolute worst experience. We booked 30 rooms for our volleyball club. The rooms were old, small and dirty. This is not a hotel, this is a MOTEL. Very loud and dirty. The staff was making fun of guests. All 3 volleyball clubs that stayed at the hotel checked out the next morning. The hotel staff was rude,... more

Stayed here in March during the SEC Basketball Tournament. Good quiet downtown location within walking distance of restaurants and the Georgia Dome. Excellent free breakfast with eggs, grits, hashbrowns, biscuits, toast, bagels, and many other excellent selections. Better than most free breakfast's I have tried. The staff was efficient and friendly. The only problem was the size of the rooms.... more
