Hotel is immaculate! Constantly saw people cleaning throughout the day. Rooms are larger than average. Super location! Breakfast buffet is very satisfying. Nice little snack shop helped out the late night munchie attack! Walking distance to Convention Center, CNN, Aquarium, & Peachtree Street MARTA Station. Right across the street from a Marriott & Westin...more bang for your buck at Hampton... more

I arrived in Atlanta 5 days after the tornado hit the downtown area. The street on which the hotel was located was blocked off to traffic, but a cop let me through. I wasn't allowed to park in the Hampton Inn parking lot b/c the Westin (which is right next door) still had falling glass. So they accomodated me with... more

We stayed here March 6-8, 2008. This is a nice Hampton in downtown Atlanta. It is about 2 blocks from the Peachtree Center MARTA station and about 2 blocks from Olympic Centennial Park. There are restaurants in walking distance, but most are chain ones like Hard Rock and Hooters. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and... more

We stayed here for 5 nights while attending a Tony Robbins seminar (which was excellent). The rooms are the usual Hampton Inn type, which I think are quite nice. The front desk staff was VERY, VERY helpful to us on several occasions. I have two complaints, though. We were on the third floor, and the street noise was too loud... more

We stayed overnight at the Hampton Inn to attend a football game, and were very pleased with our hotel. Good location ( we walked to the CNN center, the Georgia Dome, the Coke Factory, and out for dinner and drinks in the evening). Check in was fine - clerk barey noticed we were there but managed to get us in.... more

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in December to attend a conference at the nearby convention center. The location is great, 10 minutes walk from the convention center, and close to the Metra Station. The hotel is a great value: nice rooms, free breakfast, and free internet. I felt some noise from two sources: trains and street noise.... more

I spent 4 nights at this Hampton inn while attending a conference in nearby Georgia congress conf center. My main problem of the hotel was that I have reserved a non-smoking room and when I check in, they only have smoking room left. I protested but the staff were not very helpful at all. I got no sleep that night.... more

Stayed here for three nights to attend a conference at CNN Center. Hotel a couple blocks from metro station. Check-in and check-out efficient and friendly. Free internet access code given at time of check-in. Breakfast included--they also have grab bags at the front desk for guests that do not have time to sit down for breakfast. Coffee and tea area... more

Hotel room was nice and clean, and let me stress clean. The breakfast bar in the am is worth it, so you can save on that meal for the day. The lobby is nice and contemporary. They had cookies the friday night i arrived, but not the saturday night and we really missed them, because they were delicious. It was... more

The Hampton Inn and Suites – Downtown Atlanta has many good things going for it – comfort, cleanliness, and location. Unfortunately, the front desk staff during my stay could be described as “indifferent” at best. The good: The room – My king suite room was nicely furnished. One room had a couch, TV, 2-drawer stand, coffee table, end table, large... more
