We were in Concord for a wedding and stayed at this little gem for the weekend. What a great place! The front desk people told us they just updated all the rooms. Ours had very pretty furniture (super comfortable bed!) and a brand new bathroom with granite. The shower even had 2 shower heads! Everything was spotless! We looked out... more

Spent one night at the BW Historic Concord - would not think twice about going back to spend more time both in Concord and at this motel. All rooms look out onto the pool area, and are a good size. Nicely located on a road leading into the centre of town and the best map I have ever been given... more

This is the third time I've stayed at the Best Western Historic Concord in the past few years. Its location is near the area's many historic and literary sites, and a convenient drive to Boston, Providence RI, the Mohawk Trail, Salem, Plymouth, etc. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfasts nutritious and substantial, the rooms... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, etc. The free breakfast was wonderful (fresh fruit, waffles, bagels, etc.) and was served in a very nice room (Harvest Room) w/ a big screen TV for watching morning news, etc. Our room smelled great and was very clean. Don't... more

I had an unplanned stay in this Best Western during a visit to New England with my Wife and 3 teenage boys. The reception staffs were very helpful and friendly. Considering we hadn’t booked ahead, the time of day and there were 5 of us we got booked in @ $140 for the night, which I thought was excellent for... more

This is our second stay at this hotel. Each time we were very pleased with the accomodations that were exceptional for the room rate. The room was average sized but had a great deal of storage space The hotel used two top sheets sandwiching the blanket, a feature usually only seen at higher priced hotels. The selection at the free... more

This Best Western is about on par with other BW's I've stayed at and for other motels/hotels in a similar price range. Our room - very spacious! This was most surprising. It had 2 closet space areas and a fairly good sized bathroom (2 sinks--one inside the bathroom, one outside the bathroom). We had a minor plumbing problem right after... more

I stayed here for one night in October, 2006. We got in late at night and left early in the morning. For our purposes, it was a great room. The room was clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful with driving directions and helping us find a restaurant. Breakfast was very good and had many different options. more

We stayed here two nights for a wedding and were very satisfied. The facility was clean and well maintained, outside of Concord center by a mile or two. Staff was courteous and efficient, room was fine-clean, everything worked, no problems. The continental breakfast was well stocked, fresh and maintained and the staff appeared happy and cheerful. The whole operation seemed... more

We stayed here for one night and that was long enough. The staff on check-in were rude and made us feel most unwelcome. The room was on the second floor (no lift) and the room was ajoined to another with a door which we could see and hear the guests in the next room most of the night. The worst... more
