Terrific potential for this hotel but: Hopeless maid service, no sheets or no towels. Flies in bread bin at breakfast time. Room wasn't cleaned properly. Didn't have the room we requested. Took another. It was absolutely gross. This place is disgusting! We stayed in a 2 bdrm SUITE and it was filthy. They were ants by the ac unit, trash and old food around the sofa, hair and old soap in the bathroom and the carpet was just old and dirty. I made my entire family keep on their shoes till we went to bed. Couldn't sleep... more
