This is the most unhealthy hotel I've been to. The health department should shut down this place. I've stayed in cleaner and better places in third world countries than this shack in Corpus Christi. more

First we noticed the horrible smell in the room, then the worn and torn carpet. After a long road trip to Corpus to attend my grandsons wedding, we did stay one night in the room. We did go to the front desk to complain, they gave us a can of air freshener. We felt we could not use the bath... more

I stayed at this Red Roof Inn about 5 years ago and it was quite clean and sufficient. However, it has taken a nosedive. I stayed there in May, 2006 and the room smelled of b.o. and feet and there was still hair in the bathtub. From a one star hotel you should at least still get a nice clean... more

You get what you pay for I guess. The carpet was torn,and I noticed as soon as I walked in that the sink was cracked. I figured it couldn't be that bad,and I was washing my hair in the shower(with soap since they don't provide shampoo or conditioner) and I looked up to see a nice blotch of mold above... more
