After booking what was thought to be an "All Inclusive Room" thru Red Roof's website, I arrived to find that nothing was inclusive here. Easy to find off Highway, nice front lobby, staff was friendly and organized. I asked for a room change(gave me the room next to the pool) no problem changed it. The room was updated, clean,and smelled good. This hotel was not in the best neighborhood and I was uncomfortable going from my car to the room after dark but it... more

I had the worst stay in in a hotel ever at this place. I was working at the Balloon Fiesta so my husband took our small children away to Colorado. We planned for weeks to meet at the Red Roof Inn. I planned with the day receptionist to leave a note and a key for my husband when he arrived... more

I thought the service and quality @ the Red Roof Inn in Albuquerque, the one on Iliff road, was one of the worst experiences I and members of my family from Arizona have ever experienced. Upon arrival they were told the rooms were not ready, so after a long and exhausting trip they had to gather @ a nearby restaurant.... more
