Arriving at 2 a.m. we appreciated the easy checkin and speedy free internet connect in our room. The room was basic, clean (with one little disturbing quirk....a paper cleaning towel that the facility provided was spotted with someone else's soil) and comfortable. Towels were thick and sufficiently abundant. Our forgotten toothpaste was happily replaced by the hotel on request. Everything... more

Hard to find property and hard to enter/exit. In a bad neighborhood. Lots of tour groups and thin floors. Breakfast staff worked well while they were cooking their own breakfast, otherwise they hid in the closet talking. more

I stayed the 4 nights of 24-27 January 2007 and was THRILLED. ACCESSIBILITY: This 3-story hotel with all-interior corridors is one exit from the airport, and not far (3 miles or so) from downtown. From the airport, take I-25 north, take Exit 222 (Gibson), turn right from the deceleration lane onto Gibson, and take the first right turn. Easy to... more

I required overnight accomodations for an early morning flight. This hotel is located one exit away from the airport & rental car area BUT, difficult to find because there is no street sign. The best way to find it is realize there is a Burger King at the intersection off the highway. My check-in was uneventful and room was clean... more

If everything worked just fine, this hotel would be ok. But, there are issues. The hotel is adjacent to a residential area and my wife and I thought it was a little difficult to find, but that is not a big problem. Plumbing is a problem. We had to call twice to get the toilet fixed. First, it would not... more

We stayed at this hotel and it looks nice, and I have to say most of the staff was nice. First when we got there the bathroom had a leak so they came to fix it, but found out it was in the wall and could not be fixed with us in there so they would do it later? It... more

Check in was average. Luggage taken to room and the problems started. The commode almost overflowed. We asked for another room and moved all of our belongings. While trying to wash our hands we found the second problem. No cold water. After running the water for several minutes we gave up. The desk clerk told us the problem was caused... more

They didn't have the room I prepaid for. The pool was closed for repairs and the fire exit door was broken and not available. This hotel has problems. I booked a room on their website and prepaid for it. Because of this I could not cancel my reservation and get a refund. If I didn't show I was still out... more

I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites for 4 nights while I was in New Mexico for a class trip. I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean, the service was friendly, and the hotel offered free TV. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and the breakfast program was fabulous. In the morning, a large breakfast buffet awaits... more
