First impression - friendly driver of courtesy van. Five minute drive from airport terminal. Motel located in area where we could walk to a choice of restaurants. Helpful front desk personnel. Free happy hour with snacks, bottled water and soft drinks. Four free high speed internet terminals for guest use. Our rooms were large, clean, and well decorated. There was... more

3/17/08 arrived at hotel around 5:30pm to find a welcoming committee, everyone was so nice, offered water, soda, chips.I was very tired from driving, the manager helped us to our room. In all my travels, the most friendliest people I have come across in a long time, I felt like family. Free full hot breakfast was really nice, hostess was... more

I really wanted to like this hotel - reasonable rates, many amenities, pleasant staff, clean ... but the noise from above if you are in a ground floor room is extraordinary! I thought that the folks in the room above us must have brought in their pet elephants, but they were just their kids I think! Admittedly they ran around... more

We stayed our last night here (April 20th) because of its location to the airport we also had two rooms. The price of the room and the location to the airport are about the best reasons to stay here. The breakfast area is small, and the continental breakfast needs inprovement plus the breakfast area was a mess. Our room was... more

If your flight is 2 hours late into ABQ and you need a place to sleep for 6 hours this might be it. Beware of the back building - it's difficult to get to and no elevator for 2nd floor. None of the floors had been cleaned in our room. Lobby doubles as breakfast area and there is room for... more

We drove from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon to Albuquerque, NM on October 13, 2006. Our flight home was October 14. Had a reservation for one night at this hotel. We called en-route (about half-way) to the hotel to advise the staff we were running late, but to please keep our room. (I had already made the reservation... more

I stayed at this hotel on a Sunday night in October and had an excellent stay. There were cookies and chips waiting for me when I arrived, and a full listing of the hotel amenities on the wall. They had free wireless in public areas and free wired internet in the rooms (they'll lend you a cable), a real plus... more

Room size, particularly the bathrooms was great. Front desk staff is incredible - no matter how many times you ask them inane questions, they always smile. There were really only three problems: 1. the cleaning staff consistently left the outside and inside doors to the section I was staying in which makes having the doors need room keys to access... more

Great rooms. Very large with nice features (refrig, microwave, ironing board, etc.) Free hot buffet in the morning and a manager's BBQ in the evening. Great pool. Only negatives involve road construction in the area and somewhat marginal location near the airport. Although I saw nothing specific, I felt that the property should have had night security on the parking... more
