We booked this hotel after looking at the tripadvisor reviews. I saw both negative and positive reviews and thought we'd take a chance. Seemed like a good deal for the money. If you are going to book with this hotel PLEASE remember to ask for an odd numbered room. We forgot and recieved an even number room. When we got... more

Our experience with this hotel was a positive one, overall. It is a decent, older property in a good location near the University and medical centers. It appears that discounts are frequent, so the hotel is a good value. As noted, the hotel is multistory property that was renovated several years ago. The decor of the rooms was contemporary with... more

I booked this room based on price through travelocity and proximity to airport. i got scarred after i read some bad articles that were written from this year. Some of them talked about a run down hotel and crime, but i found that far from the truth. I thought it was a great place. I stayed on my way in... more

We got a great Priceline rate of $35.00 but I was leery because of a serious painful spine condition that requires me to need a hospital adjustable bed. And when you're tired from driving all day a good night's sleep is essential. Both of the rooms we had were average size and overall hotel was somewhat shabby but the beds... more

This hotel was a choice we were given by the Albuquerque Ballooon Fiesta Organization as one of the accomodations for the pilots during the Fiesta. We were able to check in fine and given a decent room on the 4th floor. We picked this particular hotel because we were going to have teenage kids with us and the pool and... more

We stayed there overnight during our roadtrip. When we checked in front desk girl discovered our room had been given to someone else, so she put us in an "upgraded" room on the first floor. Staff was courteous. The good: The room appeared clean, was very roomy and came with a refrigerator, microwave, dvd player, robes and an external sink.... more

My parents, my 2 month old son, and I were on a roadtrip last week when we decided to stop in Albuquerque for 2 days of sightseeing. We picked the Plaza Inn out of a New Mexico travel booklet from the New Mexico Visitor's Center - the pictures in the ad looked nice and the amenities (the pool, DVD library,... more

I booked the Plaza Inn for a 3-day stay through Priceline for $55. Since I was blind to where I was staying I had no idea what this place was like ahead of time. Here's a summary of my experience: (+) For the most part our room was clean (+) Came with a small refrigerator & microwave (+) Hotel staff... more

This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed at. The elevators are awful; the one near to the pool goes to the basement every time you want to go up, and the other one will go to the highest floor even if it is the farthest away. There are stains in the room all over the walls and furniture. From... more
