The hotel was nice and very clean. Service was good and the people were very pleasant. The only problem I had was there was no Internet service available in the rooms. Other than that, my stay was very positive. more

I stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and it was pretty run down. They since have cleaned up, but only by looks. The hot tub still does not work, the rooms still smell, you pay too much for the quality. To top it all off there was a roach on the breakfast counter during the breakfast rush. Need I... more

I booked this hotel because it was the only non-smoking room left in ABQ for the Balloon Fiesta 2007. After reading the previous reviews I was nauseous and ready for fight with the hotel staff! However when we arrived for our late check in the front desk clerk was very pleasant. As we traveled the stairs to our room (rm... more

We stayed there on a Saturday evening in order to watch our sons football game. It was awful!! No airconditioning in the lobby (New Mexico heat is AWFUL!). There is no elevator going up to the second floor...when we got to the second floor, there was a TERRIBLE smell. Once we got to our room, we noticed a few things.... more

The room smelt like cat pee and it made our clothes smell horrible! I had to wash EVERYTHING when we got home! There was blood on the bathtub, the sink was falling apart, and there were other people's hairs in the bathtub! We were only in the room when we had to be but I felt dirty just sleeping there!... more

We booked this hotel while on the road. Was going to stay at a casino resort, they were booked and gave us the Ramada phone number. This hotel was dirty. We paid $61 for our room. It was a two story with no elevator, kind of rough carrying a few suitcases and other things up the stairs. At the top... more

The sign on this motel should read "Out of Order". Everything was either out of order or filthly or both. The security devices on the outside acces to the motel were broken, torn off the wall, and had wires hanging from them. Instead, the doors were propped open with an overflowing smelly trash can or a rock. The leaves and... more
