This hotel is a standard suite, but at a much lower price then others we looked at. The beds are comfortable, and the outer room as a TV, a VCR (yes, an old-school, real, working VCR), microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The bedroom is not very well designed-- the desk is in there, and there is not a door between the... more

It looks like they may have recently replaced the carpet - the carpeted baseboards in my room were not the same as the new carpet on the floor. But the room was well-designed, and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not as good as provided by many competitors. Location was good for the Balloon Fiesta and otherwise convenient.... more

I read some bad reviews on this site but honestly I did not see any of those problems while I was there. The rooms were ok, but clean. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was ok as well. Cereal, eggs, gravy and biscuits were the fare. About $50 less than the other ones around... more

This hotel is awful. The lobby isn't too bad, which is deceiving as the rooms are cramped and poorly maintained. We have a "King No Smoking Suite". This means there are 2 really small rooms connected by a very narrow passage way between the sink and bathroom. The carpet is stained and so thin without padding that I kept socks... more

This is the second Quality Inn in Albuquerque that we stayed at and both were filthy! Our room was only half cleaned with a pile of dirt just as you walked in the door, no towels and no toilet paper! The non-smoking hallway wreaked of smoke. The elevator looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Breakfast : you... more

Spent the night at the hotel and woke up to find no hot water in my room. Had to cold shower and then catch my flight home. Very incomfortable. Told front desk and they would not comp my room for no hot water. One other minor problem. The curtains to keep the parking lot lights do not close all of... more

This hotel is very new, and very nicely decorated and furnished. Our room was truly a suite, with a king size bed, TV and VCR on one end by the window, and a sitting area with a sofabed and second TV on the other end. The bathroom separated these areas, making this a very nice arrangements for families wanting some... more

We stayed for one night and arrived for check-in around midnight. The night clerk was very helpful and efficient. The room was about what you would expect- a basic suite with a comfortable king size bed and a small but clean 'living room'. The bath worked well and was clean. This isn't the kind of place you would want to... more

We stayed here after finding out that the hotel we usually book has been deserted and for good reason. I really liked the fact that the sleeping quarters were separate from the living room part. I have 2 kids and appreciated the fact that while I was wrapping presents in one room, they were sleeping in the other. It was... more
