This hotel is old and so is EVERYTHING in it, Terrible customer service in the Lounge, And people were banging on our door at 3:00 am. They were also banging on doors next to us... apparently their was a PR team and they were trying to wake them up... the hotel did not have to put us in the middle... more

THE BAD: We figured we would stay in the best suite this hotel had to offer, the Presidential Jacuzzi suite. The elevator up was falling apart, as soon as we walked into our room we were very dissapointed. Outdated and numerous shotty repairs, screws sticking out of the walls, coffee table looked like a $2 yard sale item broken legs... more

We have stayed twice at this property in the past. Once under another name (Ramada I think). It has such possiblities. The grounds are just beautiful. Our room was terrible. The first thing we saw when we walked in was the mirrored closet, which had a huge crack in the glass from top to bottom. The bathroom was pretty bad.... more

The hotel was quite a bit more run down than I expected. The bathrooms needed updating desperately - the tub/shower had been re-caulked numerous times and was stained from old age and hard use. Likewise, there were numerous patches on the bathroom walls where the drywall had been repaired in a messy fashion, and all the electrical outlets and switches... more

There were rats or mice in the ceiling above our room. We were on the second floor of building D. As soon as we walked in my boyfriend heard something running above us. He turned off the AC so we could get a better listen and we heard squeaking and scampering. We immediately went to the front desk to check... more

This hotel was run down, it looks like they were in the process of remodeling it though. We booked a room that was the family suite and when we got there they told us they didn't have anymore of those rooms and they put us in a standard room and there was nothing they could do about it (they were... more

We chose the InnSuites for a one night stay while our new apartment was being readied. We'd seen the lush grounds as we drove downtown a few times as well as the signs advertising that it had a heated pool and spa. We planned to combine our little getaway with a trip to see a show at Borderlands Theatre. The... more

I needed a place to stay on a Thursday night before I met up with a friend on Friday. My only requirements were no slums and a free airport shuttle because I arrived after dark and did not want to try to find my way around Tucson for the first time at night. I monitored a number of web sites... more

I travel to Tucson a lot, and each time we stay at a different hotel. I think we have finally found a place we can come back to. The location was great, it was easy to get around town and was close to the attractions we usually visit. The room I stayed in was just renovated and the bed was... more

This place is OLD and has issuse. The place is VERY dated and though they have attemped to do some patching/updating it is still in bad shape. There is more bird dropings on our balcany than I would expect under a bilboard, very discusting! The tub has massive chips out of the porcilan and there is HAIR from a former... more
