I stayed at the Four Points for a long weekend in February while my girlfriend was visiting U of A. That said, we did not pay for the room and you know the saying "beggars can't be choosers". However I feel it is my duty to recount my experience here for my fellow travelers. The best thing about this hotel... more

I stayed at this hotel for a meeting. I was checked into a room belonging to someone else which was a sign of the careless service that stains this hotel. I was quickly given another room, which was clean and comfortable, nothing exceptional but perfect for business travel. The rooms had free wireless which was a big plus. The disorganized... more

This place is blah inside and out. The rooms have decent beds, but that is the limit of their appealing qualitities. The doors let in all sort of hallway noise. Being so close to the university, there are usually student groups booked here so you can imagine how loud it gets. I really regret booking here; I just wanted the... more

In an effort to expand my hotel horizons (I usually stick to Holiday Inn and Marriott brands), I made a 2 night reservation in March 2008 for the Sheraton Four Points in Tucson, AZ. Parking outside the hotel is rather limited, fortunately there is a small underground garage. Check-in was not impressive. The lone desk clerk was very busy on... more

I stayed here for a business trip because the other Sheraton was booked solid. Unfortunately before my stay, I checked the other reviews from TripAdvisor so I became very concerned about my hotel options. There is nothing fancy about the hotel, but it is clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. My floor was being painted so clearly... more

I was in a pinch and needed a place to stay and I chose the Four Points based on location. I was surprised how nice it was. We stayed during their busy season and the price was not too bad- $90 each night. I read the other reviews and was shocked. I thought it was a great place- the beds... more

Good Service, nice location, comfy beds, and nice lounge, but needs a deseperate makover. The beds were comfy, but popcorn yellow ceiling and walls made the place feel dirty. The Four Points in Phoenix is way nicer and cheaper. I stick with Sheraton tho for the comfy beds, more

I've been to Tucson several times before on business, and I always stay at mid-range hotels: Usually running between $90 to $120 a night. The Sheraton Four Points is OK if you're in a crunch, but I would definitely say it should be a last choice if you're shopping in Tucson in the mid-range price category. The Doubletree or the... more

It is disturbing to read other more recent reviews of the hotel and find that it has not been improved since our stay in 2003. We too booked it on Priceline & did not pay much for the hotel, but I was greatly disappointed in the allegedly 3 star accomodations. I think 2 stars would be a very generous rating.... more

It definitely wasn't the nicest hotel I've ever been at, but the price is rather reasonable, the rooms were bright and the bed was one of the best I've ever been on, including hotels double the price. The location is great, you're pretty much exactly in the middle of town and you're close to a park, library and tons of... more
