After booking my room a week in advance and being assured the type and placement of my room would be honored; it wasn't. They did however, correct this the next day. Which meant, of course, I had to repack and shlep my stuff to the new room. The biggest disappointment was that they do NOT have complimentary breakfast. It is... more

While the sign says Sheraton, this hotel could easily have been a Holiday Inn or a nice Rodeway Inn. Long, shady corridors and hallways and quite a hike to the room from the lobby area. Check in was easy and friendly and we managed to get a "quiet" room (facing west) which was difficult although it was 3 in the... more

I have found trip advisor to be extremely useful in making a reservation in areas that I am not familiar with and if I have a good experience I want others to know and if it is bad I want people to be aware of that as well. We stayed at the Sheraton in Tucson for three nights because we... more

*** WARNING *** WARNING *** I just cancelled my stay with this place and they charged me $97! Was it at the last minute? No, it was for a date 25 days from now! Think twice before making a reservation with this place because if your plans change they still charge you. This will be the last time I ever... more

The lobby looked nice and we stayed overnight in our suite with the dog. Overall the room was nice. However, the restaurant had a very limited menu and the quality of food was not that great. If I were to return to Tucson, I would probably stay here again. more

First, the room is quite nice although it really isn't anything truly fantastic considering the high room rate I got through work. The hallways are noisy and most of that transmits into my room through the ill-fitting door. The bathroom was updated but small and the shower curtain wouldn't close completely so after a shower there was a lot of... more

We stayed in a suite for 2 nights--what a nice lodging experience. The Colorado Rockies stay here during their spring training and I can see why. The overall facility was very clean and pleasing to the eye. The courtyard area with the pool is beautifully landscaped. The suite itself had lovely new carpet and furnishings. The toilet/shower area is small... more

Because my house was broken into, I booked this hotel at the last minute on Priceline for $48 a night to stay while the damage was being repaired. For $48 it's a fantastic deal! I'm not sure what different room types they have, but I got a two room King Bed suite in the back of the building which meant... more

We have stayed here before. In a suite, which was nice. However, the last couple times we had a regular room and it diddnt seem like it was kept up as nice as nice as the suites. (take a look at my photos) We were in the inside building. You could hear everything going on out in the hallway. Doors... more

I booked 2 rooms here using Starwood points, so a good value because the rate for our weekend night was $329 . They were nearly sold out due to lots of teen soccer players (hard to believe the parents would pay that kind of rate). We arrived around noon from the airport and were happy to receive our rooms that... more
