We stayed July 4th weekend. Loved this hotel. The room was wonderful. Kids wanted to stay longer. Breakfast was included and very good. The roof top pool was beautiful. And right on the riverwalk (the slower end). If you have little kids, it would be better to stay at a hotel closer to the attractions. The walk was a little... more

My family and I have been to San Antonio 14 or 15 times in the past 10 years. I see different hotels, think they look nice, try them the next time we go. From the outside the Drury is very impressive. The old ANB history is cool. The rooms are nice, no problems. A few things I really didn't like... more

The Drury Plaza Hotel is a very rare thing, a business that advertises itself as first class and absolutely delivers. Simply put, it's really a good deal, even if you use the $18/day parking. The rooms and service are top notch. Great staff. The hotel is beautiful. It has a private entry to the riverwalk that is convenient and secure.... more

Having read the reviews on Tripadvisor, we booked a room at the Drury Plaza Hotel Riverwalk for a 4 July getaway at a really good price (hotel website - fully prepaid). This place met all our expectations. The lobby was pretty impressive. But most of all the service was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were huge! We got a... more

My husband, two boys (20months and 7yo), and I stayed at the Drury Plaza July 2-6. We loved the hotel. Location: We loved the location. It's very close to the main area of the riverwalk (though set back just about a block--which is nice). You can walk in one direction and reach the Alamo...walk the other and reach Market Square... more

We are checking out of the Drury this morning. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. There is so much included in the price. The hotel is beautiful and is right on the riverwalk. The morning breakfast is great and the free happy hour in the afternoon is a plus, but you are limited to... more

I absolutely loved this hotel! It is not just a hotel. It is the Old Alamo Bank Building redone into a hotel-very unique. I am extremely picky about hotels-cleanliness in particular. The best thing about Drury Plaza is that you walk right out onto the riverwalk which we visited every evening. I also loved the fantastic breakfast each morning. We... more

We stayed for 5 days at the Drury Plaza last week and had a great time. We were celebrating our 1st anniversary and really enjoyed San Antonio. We arrived on a Sat. afternoon and cab to hotel was about $25 with tip. The only negative for the entire stay was the front desk. The lady that checked us in was... more

We stayed for just 1 night on the 27th of June. Seaworld was on our agenda but arrived early to gather in some Riverwalk time. This Hotel is SWEET, with plenty of extras! We paid $119 for a family of 3 and King size room. Room was big enough to have a recliner, office space and a fridge/microwave. A little... more

This hotel is the old Alamo Bank. Very charming. Had a suite which was very nice size and only paid 139 per night. (parking was 18 per day extrta). Our room was great, two 32' flat screen T.V.'s and an apartment size fridge. My only gripe is that for a downtown hotel this nice, it should have a resturant and... more
