We almost always stay in Hampton Inns around the US while on vacation and this is the 2nd worst we have ever been in (the worst gave away our room to someone who booked at a higher rate). This particular location is a franchise (privately owned) so is not operated by the Hilton corporation. We suspect the owner of this... more

Actually stayed here twice during a cross-country drive this summer. The rooms are a little worn, but clean. During our second stay we had a broken dresser and an un-plugged T.V. As the maintenance person was unavailable and the front desk girl was unable to safely move the dresser to plug in the T.V. we were immediately upgraded to a... more

Greetings, Family of four stayed at this hotel for three nights in July 2008. This hotel is located a bit outside the downtown flagstaff area but very close - 5 minutes drive - to the historic downtown area. It is probably a positive thing given that any hotels located in the downtown area will have to deal with the very... more

With previous stays at other Hampton Inn properties, we checked in with HIGH hopes. The lobby and dining area were clean, comfortable and inviting. Our room was also tidy with fresh linens and ample towels. The elevators may have been the slowest in North America. In a town at 7,000 ft elevation, a room on the 5th floor, and luggage... more

Overall a good value. Location is convenient to highways, shopping, and dining. No train noise (which can be an issue for lodging in this railroad town). Nice indoor pool. Great staff, OK breakfast (free). more

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was standard size. Did not come with a fridge or a microwave, but there is one you can use in the breakfast area. Free breakfast as per Hampton Inn. Free Wireless internet connection. Obviously if you need more space and extra amenities a suite would be better. This room had no tub,... more

You will know from the start that this is an older hotel, because there are no automatic doors at the entrance. The lobby and the breakfast area next to it are very attractive due to many local items, such as a bronze statue and some western stuff. At check-in was a very friendly girl, Amy, a real gem. I had... more

We stayed here for 1 night last week. The room we had was really in bad condition. The heater/AC was falling off the wall, everytime I touched the light switch for the bathroom, I got shocked. The bathroom exhaust fan was crazy loud. No kleenex, carpet frayed. The highway noise was unbeleivable. Constant, non stop trucks, sirens. Breakfast mediocre. Muffins... more

We've stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times over the last 5 or 6 years. We have two kids so the indoor pool/jacuzzi has been a big hit. The hotel is walking distance to a bunch of restaurants (Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Coco's - just to name a few). The staff has always been friendly, outgoing, professional and... more

Suites, like having your own one-bedroom apartment. Pretty good, but nothing great. The rust-stained toilet was a turn-off. No heat in the bedroom, which was kind of strange. (I mean it isn't equipped for it, not that it wasn't working.) The lobby/breakfast room is nice. The standard Hampton breakfast fare is adequate. more
