We have been spoiled by the Residence Inn in the past and this room didn't disappoint. Large fridge, microwave, indoor pool and a complimentary breakfast. I was impressed to see the sales manager interacting with guests, asking if everything is okay and making parfaits for the children. The kitchen staff was friendly and personable. To be honest, the desk staff... more

My family stayed at the Residence Inn Buffalo Cheektowaga for 2 nights and our stay was surprisingly comfortable and relaxing. I was especially impressed with the extremely helpful front desk staff and the unbelievably efficient service they offered. As I learned from past Tripadvisor reviewers that the hotel is always overbooked, I tried to arrive before 7 p.m. on a... more

For a girls' weekend of shopping, it was a great place to stay. We had a double-bed room, with a full kitchen. PROS: -bedroom was separted from living room -2 television sets -full kitchen (full-size fridge, 2 burner stove-top, dishwasher, utensils, pots and pans etc.) -quiet -breakfast included every morning (hot dishes included scrambled eggs, pancakes, roasted potatoes, sausage); was... more

I frequently travel for business and have stayed at this property many times in the past but for the second time I arrived for my reservation and they claimed they were overbooked. After explaining that this has happened to me at this property before and some other circumstances a room suddenly appeared. I am disappointed that Marriott feels it is... more

We chose this hotel for the location and pool. The rooms are great, especially if you're travelling with your family. They are large, with a seating area as well as full kitchen. Breakfast was included, and well worth it, along with the complimentary coffee bar all day. The pool was nice, clean and convenient. For shopping, you couldn't ask for... more

I recently had a bad experience with this property. I found the manager Sean to be rude and arrogant. I arrived in Buffalo on a snowy day. Not familiar with the city, after getting there. with my reservation. The manager was so rude and arrogant that i decided to get back in my back, use my cell phone and find... more

My dad and I just came back from a great stay at the Residence Inn. We were pleasently surprised to find out how amazingly clean our 2-bedroom suite was. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The showerhead in the bathroom had a few really nice settings. The suite even had a fireplace! The fitness room was very small,... more

We stayed here for 1 night on a shopping trip. We had a king room with a full kitchen (including a stove/oven). It was clean, comfortable and the proximity to Target and Walden Galleria was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. more

We just stayed here for 2 nights and the staff seemed friendly enough and the property clean and what you would expect from a hotel of its class. We did have some problems with housekeeping. At about noon, a staff member asked us when they could come back and tidy up the room. We gave a clear answer of 30... more
